• You can delete uploaded documents at any time through your profile settings.

8. QR Code Features

Our Platform offers QR code functionality for reception and walk-in purposes. When an employee scans an employer's QR code:

• Basic profile information is shared with the employer for identification purposes.
• The QR code contains only a reference link and does not embed personal data directly.
• QR scans are logged for verification and security purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
